Who Are We?

Ultralight Adventures was founded by Tony Anderson 10 years ago with the desire to share the joy of flying from the water! From its humble beginnings with a floating dock on which the ultralight seaplane was moored and to which students were ferried out; to the present day sea plane base now located on Virginia Key. The main focus has been to introduce the joy of flight to those who would be flying for the first time, to be able to fly safely and to fly for fun. With the addition of Adriel Anderson as a full time instructor Ultralight Adventures has now grown into full service facility, providing flight instruction, introductory flights, aircraft sales and service. Ultralight Adventures has expanded its operational hours from weekends only to 6 days out of the week, with Mondays and bad weather being the only times we are closed. Our normal hours are from 10 am till 5:30 pm during the summers and till 4:30 pm during the winters. So stop on by and take a flight with Tony or Adriel along our emerald coasts and let it change your perspective!
